Soleil – “the sun” – is able to captivate the audience with her powerful voice. Born in Chicago and raised in Los Angeles, she now lives in Cologne and presents a warm, grooving sound together with Dutch-based guitarist Wolf Martini. In addition to selected classics of jazz, gospel and soul music, the duo’s repertoire also consists of numerous original compositions.On this summer evening, the music full of “spirit and soul” meets enjoyable wines from the partial vineyards of the region. This promises pure joie de vivre in different varieties.
High-quality growths of the VDP wineries Lanius-Knab from Oberwesel and Matthias Müller from Spay can be tasted at an open table presentation. One hour before the concert begins, the wines will be available for tasting and the winemakers will be on hand for a professional exchange. This can be deepened again during the break and at the end of the evening.
For refreshment in the evening, the winery offers a small selection of dishes that you can enjoy both before the concert and during the intermission. (The food is not included in the ticket price).
