Preparations are in full swing – because we’ll be starting the harvest as early as next week!
We’ll kick things off with our early varieties: Müller-Thurgau for our grape juice and Dornfelder for the Cuvée DS. The initial readings are already looking very promising: the must weights are high, giving us high hopes for a promising 2026 vintage.
Before the first grapes make their way into the cellar, it’s time for us to roll up our sleeves and get everything in order. Our cellar is being thoroughly cleaned, machinery and equipment are being sanitised, and everything is being prepared for the upcoming harvest.
After all, a successful grape harvest doesn’t begin with the first grape, but with good preparation.
We’re looking forward to the coming weeks, to healthy and ripe grapes, plenty of hard-working hands and, of course, to a good and bountiful 2026 vintage.
The excitement is building – next week it’ll be harvest time once again!
