This dark chocolate from Schell Schokoladenmanufaktur goes well with our Pinot blanc dry.

This combination was also part of our online wine tasting “Wine and Chocolate” on 9 December. Chocolatier Eberhard Schell selected this chocolate to pair with our Pinot Blanc and accompanied the online wine tasting with his expertise.

Finest cocoa from Venezuela. This absolute rarity of pure Criollos from the original home of cocoa comes from the Lake Maracaibo region in Venezuela. Coffee and plum aromas round off the full cocoa flavor and have nuances of orange blossom and cinnamon.

For fruity to full-bodied white and red wines with not too pronounced acidity and a medium tannin structure.

Dark chocolate (cocoa 70% minimum)
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, Madagascar vanilla. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
