Since the vintage of 2018 we extended our range variety with a full-bodied elegant Pinot gris, which convinced us also in the vintage of 2022. The golden wine smells like green bell pepper and pepper first. Smelling once more scents of young herbs and wild garlic break open. The Pinot gris is full-bodied and rich with a good length without losing its elegance.
The dry Pinot gris is an ideal food companion for a lot of dishes. Because of its herbal notes and the delicate glaze, we recommend to serve it with a veal fillet with herb crust and roasted king oyster mushrooms. It is a versatile combination, just try it out and enjoy!
