To set up a new vineyard the area is currently being trenched to a depth of 70 cm.
After the digging, the young vines are planted. The best planting time is in April and May. The planting hole should be 30 centimeters wide and 50 centimeters deep. This is plowed up with the planting machine and the small vine is planted automatically. The grafting point must not be planted, but should only just protrude from the ground.
