This dark chocolate from Schell Schokoladenmanufaktur goes well with our Winkel Spätburgunder dry red wine from the Rheingau, for example.
This combination was also part of our online wine tasting “Wine and Chocolate” on 9 December. Chocolatier Eberhard Schell selected this chocolate to pair with our Winkel Spätburgunder and accompanied the online wine tasting with his expertise.

Spicy notes such as Java pepper and cinnamon blossom support the fruity aroma of the cocoa beans from Santo Domingo. This chocolate was made in collaboration with top wine estates of the VDP (Association of German Prädikat and Quality Wine Estates).
For Pinot Noir wines, which can also be somewhat wood-accented.
Dark chocolate (minimum cocoa content 70%)
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, cinnamon blossom, cubeb pepper, spices, vanilla extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
