Description
This honey derives from the rich blossom variation around Oberwesel and is traditionally made by an apiculturist.
The honey is the captured sunlight of Oberwesel, gathered as nectar by the bees and refined. A particular elixir of life and a natural product in prime quality.
The flavor of the honey is mild with a creamy texture.
By the way: honey bees pollinate a lot of fruit and crop cultivations during their flights, including the blooming plants between the rows of our vineyards.
Not filtered or heat-treated.
