Chocolatier Eberhard Schell has tasted our wines and selected chocolates from his range to go with them: The dark chocolate Criollo Maracaibo from Venezuelan cultivation goes well with Pinot Blanc. Umami Papua is a milk chocolate with fine citrus notes and sea salt that harmonizes well with Riesling.
