This combination was also part of our online wine tasting “Wine and Chocolate” on 24 Januar 2026. Chocolatier Eberhard Schell selected this chocolate and accompanied the online wine tasting with his expertise.

Spicy notes such as Java pepper and cinnamon blossom support the fruity aroma of the cocoa beans from Santo Domingo. This chocolate was made in collaboration with top wine estates of the VDP (Association of German Prädikat and Quality Wine Estates).
Dark chocolate (minimum cocoa content 70%)
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, cinnamon blossom, cubeb pepper, spices, vanilla extract, emulsifier: soya lecithin. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
