Finest cocoa from Venezuela. This absolute rarity of pure Criollos from the original home of cocoa comes from the Lake Maracaibo region in Venezuela. Coffee and plum aromas round off the full cocoa flavor and have nuances of orange blossom and cinnamon.
Fruity southern flavors, exotically paired with orange peel and refined with brittle.
Delicious with Traminer, Muscat, Scheurebe, Muscat de Rivesaltes, Chardonnay, Riesling, Kerner or Samtrot.
Dark chocolate (cocoa 70% minimum)
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, candied orange peel 3%, hazelnut brittle, vanilla extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
