Chocolatier Eberhard Schell has tasted our wines and selected chocolates from his range to go with them: The dark chocolate Criollo Maracaibo from Venezuelan cultivation is a rarity from the original home of cocoa goes well with fruity to full-bodied white and red wines with not too prominent acidity and medium tannin structure. Umami Papua is a milk chocolate with fine citrus notes and sea salt that harmonizes well with Riesling.
